My niece is turning 5 this year close to Halloween so I made these in celebration of her birthday, but you can make these cookies any shape you like for a Halloween party.

I decorated these cookies with royal icing and I added the details in the monster eyeball cookies with edible ink markers. The bright icing colors in this set were made with Ann Clark gel food coloring.
Here’s what you’ll need to make these Halloween candy cookies decorated with royal icing
These supplies are available in my Amazon store unless otherwise noted
- Chilled sheet of cookie dough (I used my orange cardamom cookie recipe – the recipes are available in the Cookie Art Club!)
- Number cookie cutters (I used Block Numbers from Cake By Ximena)
- Small round cookie cutters
- Royal icing
- Purple, Leaf Green, Orange, Yellow, Pink, and Black food coloring (I used Ann Clark brand food coloring)
- Scribe tool
- 4 12” decorating bags
- 5 tipless decorating bags
- Wilton decorating tips 1 and 3
- Couplers & Bag ties (I used Wilton brand)
- Edible ink markers (I used Chefmaster brand)
To make your monster eyeball cookies extra creepy, you can add veins with a red edible ink marker.
